On Lesson 8 Sabbath afternoon, 22 February 2026, the Boundary Road Seventh-day Adventist Church held a significant and joyful ceremony from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, inducting 17 young members into its newly established Ambassadors Club. This event marked the official launch of the first Ambassadors Club in the churchโs history.
The induction was conducted under the inspiring theme, โI Will Go and Speak One Language for Jesus.โ The theme reflected the mission and unity that the church seeks to build among its young people as they commit themselves to serve Christ faithfully.
The program commenced with a short devotion led by Elder Mason Kolonga, Ambassadors Coordinator. In his message, he urged the new Ambassadors to choose purpose over popularity, truth over comfort, courage over compromise, and mission over silence. Drawing lessons from the lives of Daniel and his three friends in the Bible, he highlighted three heavenly languages that every Ambassador must speak:
The Language of Conviction โ reflecting Danielโs purity and discipline.
The Language of Courage โ demonstrated by the three Hebrew boys who refused to bow.
The Language of Unity โ standing together in faith and mission.
The ceremony was attended by church members, representatives from the Adventist Youth Ministry, and special guests, including Elder Bendrvi Tamba, Lae District Ambassadors Program Director.
In his concluding remarks, Elder Tamba encouraged the newly inducted Ambassadors to remain faithful in their spiritual journey, assuring them that God would be with them as they serve. His message strengthened the young members' commitment to upholding Christian values and leadership.
The Boundary Road Ambassadors Director also made a heartfelt appeal to parents, urging them to support, guide, and stand behind these young Ambassadors as they grow in faith and responsibility.
The induction of the 17 Ambassadors stands as a proud milestone for Boundary Road Seventh-day Adventist Church. With faith, unity, and clear purpose, the church looks forward to seeing these young leaders serve both the church and the wider community with dedication and integrity.
