🌟 Lae District Newsletter - April Edition 🌟

Dear Lae District Community,

On 31st of March 2024, excitement fills the air as we gear up for the upcoming PNG FOR CHRIST Evangelistic reaping campaign! As we prepare to welcome this significant event, our district has been bustling with preparations to ensure everything is set for a successful and impactful series of evangelistic meetings.

To equip our dedicated volunteers who will be managing the nine evangelism sites across Lae District, we recently organized a comprehensive one-day training session. This training aimed to empower our site committees with essential skills and knowledge to effectively coordinate and host the evangelistic meetings.

Here's a glimpse of what the training session entailed:

1. Protocol & Information Session by Jacqueline Wari: Understanding the importance of protocol in event management and staying informed about crucial information.

2. Hospitality Session led by Nangdang: Learning the art of hospitality to ensure our guests and attendees feel welcomed and valued.

3. Public Speaking & Stage Setup/Visual Presentation by Pastor Cameron Wari: Equipping our teams with the confidence and skills needed for effective public speaking and creating visually appealing stage setups.

4. Sound System Management by Glenn Sineyan: Mastering the technical aspects of sound system operation to ensure clear and seamless communication during the meetings.

5. Social Media Engagement by Ken Doulos: Harnessing the power of social media to reach a wider audience and engage with our community online.

The training covered various crucial aspects, including cooking and decoration, to ensure every detail contributes to the overall success and ambiance of the evangelistic meetings.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated presenters, Jacqueline Wari, Nangdang, Pastor Cameron Wari, Glenn Sineyan, and Ken Doulos, for their invaluable contributions in sharing their expertise and insights with our site committees.

As we move forward with confidence and enthusiasm, let us continue to work together in unity, prayer, and preparation for the upcoming PNG FOR CHRIST Evangelistic reaping campaign. Together, we can make a lasting impact in our community and beyond.

Stay tuned for more updates as we countdown to this transformative event!

Blessings,

Lae District Newsletter Team

Doulos Ken
